Director, HR at Sparrow
As a Director of HR at Sparrow, Nicole serves as a thought leader and subject matter expert to help educate the market about how to navigate and manage leave in such a way that focuses on compliance, but more intentionally, the employee experience. Prior to Sparrow, she spent 10+ years working with SMBs in an HR consulting capacity at TriNet, a $6 billion valuation HR company. Nicole graduated UC Santa Cruz, earning her Bachelor’s in Sociology and Legal Studies, and she earned her Masters in HR Management at Golden Gate University. On a personal level, Nicole loves running with her dog at town lake, traveling/scuba diving, painting and carving figurines out of wine corks!!
