The price of a retreat ticket, which includes ALL programming, food & drink and wellness activities, is $1050 per member if purchased by October 31, 2024 and $1200 if purchased by March 1, 2025.

Members are also required to stay at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples for 3 nights at an exclusive discounted rate of $350/per night, totaling $1,050 for hotel costs.

This year's retreat is being held at the Ritz-Carlton Naples in Naples Florida., a short 30 minute drive from Fort Meyers International Airport. Accommodations can only be booked through a special link that will be sent to members after they register for the retreat; not directly with the venue. The discounted rate of $1,050 for 3 nights in a single room includes hotel fees and local taxes is available to TroopHR Retreat attendees only (regular rate for three nights is $3,732). To attend the retreat, you must book accommodations for a 3 night stay - checking in on Sunday, May  4th and checking out on Wednesday,  May 7th at the special rate of $350/night (inclusive of tax and room fees) per our contract with the venue.

The regular group negotiated discount rate is $529/night plus taxes and fees. This is the rate available to partners of the event. If you are a member and would like to arrive a day early to better accommodate your travel plans (especially for those traveling from the west coast) we have limited rooms available at a this discounted price of $529/night plus taxes and fees for the night of Saturday, May 3rd. Members can book accommodations for the Saturday night on a first-come, first-serve basis by emailing support@troophr.com.

Event dates are May 4th - May 7th, 2025.  You should plan to arrive at the hotel on Sunday, May 4th, no later than 5pm. Departure is anytime on the morning of May 7th. While it might be tempting to leave the night prior, you will miss the closing ceremony, which lasts until approximately 9pm. And out of respect for your fellow attendees, we ask that you commit to attending the entire experience.

For those who don't live nearby, you will be flying into Fort Meyers International Airport (RSW). Fort Meyers Airport is easily accessible from many major cities by direct flight. From there, the hotel is approximately a 30 min taxi or car sharing service ride.  

‍As part of your registration we will be providing hourly shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for arrivals on Sunday, May 4th and departures from the hotel to the airport on Wednesday, May 7th (7 am - 12 pm ).

Due to our contractual agreements with the venue we have a very limited refund policy. All retreat passes purchased before February 1, 2025, are 100% refundable within 48 hours of purchase. For purchases on or after February 1, 2025, no refunds are available under any circumstances.

We recommend you wear the clothes you are comfortable in and if you enjoy dressing up a bit in the evening we encourage you to do so. Swimming attire, clothes for yoga and meditation as well as walking shoes are necessary if you choose to participate in wellness activities.
