The 2024 Troop Member Retreat provided attendees with the perfect balance of learning and connections, set against a stunning beachfront backdrop. The event kicked off with a welcome beach party, followed by an energizing group drum session the next morning. The programming included insightful sessions focused on employee engagement, building authentic company culture, leveraging AI in HR, and strategic career growth. The magnificent setting made it easy for everyone to relax, recharge and connect with each other. Evening events included waterfront dinners, seated receptions under the stars, and even an impromptu dance party. Attendees left feeling inspired and in high anticipation of next year's Retreat!
