Nicole Baynham

Nicole Baynham is the Head of Partnerships at MobSquad, an innovative Canadian company that helps solve the substantial and growing technology talent shortage. She works closely with HR leaders across the US to solve their work visa challenges by relocating their top tech talent nearshore to Canada. Prior to joining MobSquad, Nicole held senior management and business development roles at Lululemon Athletica, Kit and Ace, and HSBC. Nicole holds a BCom from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. She also completed the Fashion Merchandising Program from Blanche MacDonald, an educational institution recognized worldwide as a leader in applied and creative arts.
