Joy is the Founder & CEO of ScaleJoy where she helps scaling companies in building customized leadership development solutions for every stage of growth, enabling organizations to run these programs autonomously at the culmination of the engagement. In her career, Joy has served as CPO to two global scaling tech organizations, and prior to that she spent over a decade in large public companies leading L&D, recruiting, and HR functions globally. In addition, Joy is co-founder of a collaborative HR consulting org called P5 Collaborative Consulting. Joy brings a holistic approach to leadership development rooted in the reality that only a practitioner can bring. The ScaleJoy mission is to support growing companies scale through support and development of their people managers. Joy is also a proud mom to two young daughters, wife to a stay-at-home-dad husband and lives in Northeast Pennsylvania.
