Senior Director, Human Capital at Enspira

Jen Zeckendorf is the Head of Enspira Startup Studio & Senior Director, Human Capital and Enspira. Jen has been working in HR for 15 years and has extensive experience in high-growth startup environments. She aims to apply a human-centered approach to diagnosing organizational challenges and designing practical solutions when working with her clients. Prior to joining Enspira, she worked with Warby Parker and Cityblock leading a variety of HR programs, including talent and performance management, employee engagement, DEI, and employee relations. Jen holds an EdM in psychological counseling from Columbia University and a certification in Conflict Resolution from Cornell University.
