Isabel is on a mission to help businesses and leaders achieve excellence by operating with more joy, integrity, and health. As the People & Culture Lead at Daymaker, Isabel is leading the process of building a hybrid startup team and developing the systems, processes, and practices necessary to make this social enterprise profitable and impactful. She is also the current CEO of Team Joy Coaching, supporting high-achieving women in becoming conscious business leaders and more joyful human beings. Isabel previously worked as an organizational consultant with McKinsey & Company focused on how to turnaround cultures to deliver a higher level of performance. After being diagnosed with a chronic illness last year, she combined her passion for healthy teams with a personal journey to build a healthy life — and found that they cannot be separated. She currently lives in Washington D.C.
