Deb is the founder of Deb Josephs Consulting, LLC and has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources in a broad range of industries.Most recently, Deb helped Latch prepare for its IPO by developing their compensation programs, implementing a performance management process, and building a highly impactful People team (which included, Recruiting, Talent Development, HR Business Partners, People Operations and DEI). Prior to Latch, Deb built human resources functions and teams for several organizations including Ampersand, IAC Applications, Everyday Health and DoubleClick. Deb has worked on multiple international acquisitions, workforce integrations, and has been part of 2 privately held companies that were successfully acquired by public companies. Earlier in her career, Deb held senior Human Resources positions at the McGraw-Hill Companies, Ogilvy & Mather, The Bank of New York, NASD/Nasdaq, and NatWest Bank. Deb has a BA in Psychology from Boston University, an MBA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Zicklin School of Business and is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership to facilitate 360 feedback instruments.
