Dave Ugelow is a New York-based corporate and transactional attorney who has spent over 10 year advising freelancers and entrepreneurs at all stages. Most recently, he led a legal team at a prominent digital media company in New York that engaged thousands of freelancers to produce content. He managed the tools to onboard and assign tasks to those freelancers and is intimately familiar with the challenges facing freelance workers. He also teaches a course at Brooklyn Law School on supporting growth stage companies and serves on the board of a nonprofit technology startup. Todd Rabideau served as a senior financial analyst at various Wall Street firms for over a decade. He has also worked with many small business owners, independent freelancers, and entrepreneurs to consult on financial topics and business strategy. Most recently, he has been working with a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) supporting their financial and accounting activities.
