Alyssa is fanatical about creating leaders their employees are inspired to work for. This passion could come from her 15 years in sales - working for exceptional leaders and some .. well, not so exceptional. Her passion is wholly driven by her daughters, Cassidy and Chloe. Years from now, when they enter the workforce, she want them to work with people who bring out their unique talents and value them as humans more than just their deliverables. She started The Casslo Group to redesign leadership in today's workforce. Her philosophy: all leaders already have the traits within them to be inspirational.
